We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, right next to the train station and in the heart of the city center. The room service was great, and we appreciated that they offered 24-hour room service. The amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, even offering us a welcome drink upon arrival.

it is within walking distance of downtown attractions and 'the bridge'. The rooms are clean and modern, offering a magnificent view of the city and amazing sunsets. The staff is super helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is excellent, with loads of choice and decent coffee. The hotel also provides amenities such as a kettle, comfortable bed, and Rituals toiletries.
Some guests have experienced long wait times for the elevators, which can be inconvenient, especially with 25 floors in the hotel.

The beds may be a bit soft, but that's just the Swedish preference. We loved our stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable with a great view. It was also very clean, and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. We especially appreciated the parking garage with electric chargers. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this luxurious and comfortable hotel.
One minor drawback we encountered was having twin beds pushed together in a superior-double room instead of a queen-sized bed. the shower water pressure was a bit low.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the city center and everything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Skybar and restaurant on the 25th floor. The breakfast offerings were really good, with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were amazing, young, and diverse, and they were really good too make us feel at home away from home.
